Requirements vary depending on the role. Some positions may require previous experience or qualifications, while others may value transferable skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting people.
Roles require an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police check and other mandatory clearances. Any role-specific requirements will be discussed during the recruitment process.
